Right of Withdrawal

At Azalay Chora, we respect your right to reconsider your purchase. In accordance with Greek and European consumer protection legislation, customers purchasing through our online store have the right to withdraw from their order under the conditions outlined below.

1. Your Right of Withdrawal

You have the right to withdraw from an online purchase within 14 calendar days, without providing any reason.

The withdrawal period expires 14 days after the day on which you, or a third party designated by you (other than the carrier), receives the goods.

For orders delivered in multiple shipments, the withdrawal period begins upon receipt of the final item.

To exercise your right of withdrawal, you must notify Azalay Chora of your decision before the withdrawal period expires.

2. How to Exercise Your Right

To request a withdrawal, please contact us using the contact details provided on our website.

Your request should include:

• Your full name and contact details.
• Your order number.
• The product or products you wish to return.
• A clear statement of your decision to withdraw from the purchase.

You may also use the Model Withdrawal Form provided below, although its use is not mandatory.

Once we receive your notification, our team will provide return instructions.

3. Returning Your Order

You must send back or hand over the goods within 14 calendar days of notifying us of your withdrawal.

The direct cost of returning the goods is borne by the customer, except where otherwise required by law or expressly agreed.

Furniture and oversized items may require specialist transportation. Please contact our team for guidance before arranging their return.

You are responsible for any diminished value of the goods resulting from handling beyond what is necessary to establish their nature, characteristics and functionality.

We recommend returning products securely packaged, preferably in their original packaging, with all accessories and accompanying documentation.

4. Refunds

If you withdraw from your purchase, we will reimburse all payments received for the returned goods, including applicable standard delivery charges, in accordance with consumer protection legislation.

Reimbursement will be made within 14 calendar days of receiving your withdrawal notification.

We may withhold reimbursement until we have received the returned goods.

Refunds will be issued using the original payment method, unless expressly agreed otherwise, without additional refund fees.

Any additional delivery costs resulting from your selection of a delivery method more expensive than our standard delivery option are not refundable.

5. Exceptions to the Right of Withdrawal

The statutory right of withdrawal does not apply to certain categories of products, including:

• Goods manufactured to the customer’s specifications or clearly personalised, such as furniture produced with individually selected custom dimensions, materials or finishes.
• Sealed goods that are unsuitable for return due to health protection or hygiene reasons, once unsealed after delivery.
• Other products expressly excluded under applicable consumer protection legislation.

Please note that standard products ordered from our suppliers upon request are not automatically excluded from the right of withdrawal.

Any applicable exception will be communicated before purchase.

6. Damaged or Defective Products

The right of withdrawal is separate from your statutory rights concerning defective, damaged or non-conforming products.

If an item arrives damaged, defective or incorrect, please contact us with your order details and, where possible, photographs.

Your statutory rights to appropriate remedies remain unaffected by this policy.
