Free Shipping on Orders Over €100

Enjoy free shipping on orders over €100 for eligible non-furniture items delivered within Greece.

This includes products such as ceramics, tableware, decorative objects, textiles, lighting accessories, books and selected lifestyle pieces, subject to size, weight and destination.

Free Shipping on Furniture Orders Over €500

For furniture orders over €500, we offer free delivery to:

• Tinos
• Athens
  or
• Your chosen transport company in Athens

For destinations outside Athens, we can deliver your order free of charge to a transport company of your choice located in Athens. Any transportation, handling or delivery costs from the transport company onwards are the responsibility of the customer and are arranged directly between the customer and the transport provider.

Furniture & Oversized Items

Furniture and oversized pieces require a little more care when travelling.

Depending on the product, its dimensions and your delivery address, we may contact you after your order is placed to confirm the most suitable delivery method.

Free shipping does not include special delivery services such as crane services, lifting equipment, delivery to floors without suitable lift access, assembly, installation or other services that may be required to bring an item into its final position.

Islands & Remote Areas

For certain islands, remote locations or destinations that are difficult to access, delivery may be completed through a transport company or another designated collection point.

If additional transportation is required beyond the point covered by our free shipping policy, any additional cost will be communicated before arrangements are made.

Order Value

Free shipping eligibility is calculated based on the final value of eligible products after discounts or promotional codes have been applied.

Shipping charges, gift cards and other services do not count towards the minimum order value.

Some Exclusions May Apply

Due to the size, weight, fragility or special transportation requirements of certain products, some items may be excluded from our standard free shipping offer.

Where an exception applies, this will be indicated on the product page, during checkout, or communicated to you before the order is dispatched.
